Job Description

  • Develop and execute adoption plans for strategic accounts to drive incremental business
  • Manage customer health and maturity for the east coast
  • Client use case workshop facilitation
  • Help drive customer renewal
  • Assist with:
  • Customer onboarding and training
  • Development of account plans
  • Training curriculum & content development
  • Document customer interactions, use cases and workflows
  • Develop and communicate customer stories to the product and marketing teams
  • Contribute to product feedback initiatives and capture product gaps
  • Customer communications development
  • Develop and roll out new tools to SE team
  • Troubleshoot onsite hardware technical issues

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years experience in consulting or account management working with a technical product
  • A background in B2B roles with experience in Fortune 1000 accounts
  • History of customer service oriented roles
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills
  • Frequent travel to client sites required
  • Change management or training experience is a MUST
  • Product management experience
  • Technical customer support experience
  • Familiarity with command line tools and computer networking technologies
