The client is a disruptive, technology start-up in its early stages. Its founders are leaders within their industries, with degrees from Tier 1 Universities.

Job Description

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment for all technical roles, as well as corporate roles
  • Partner with the founders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Efficiently manage candidates throughout every stage of the application process
  • Aggressively source for candidates through active and passive portals: LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, personal network, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.A./B.S. from a Tier 1 University/College
  • 5-7 years of high-volume, full-cycle, technical recruitment experience (or 3 years on the agency-side)
  • Assertive, high-energy and goal-oriented
  • Must be someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
