Job Description

Seeking a Technical Customer Service oriented individual to manage all customer service inquires as well as technical trouble shooting and repair station.

This role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, a technical mind to understand product line and trouble shooting/repairs, as well as a can do attitude.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years in a technical customer service role

Exceptional customer service skills, desire to learn and grow, hands on personality

"No job too small, can do" attitude

Technical capacity to understand medical device product line, and repair/ trouble shooting
