About Our Client

- Identifying new clients through business development (cold and warm calling, meetings)
- Winning new business, negotiating rates of business with clients
- Candidate sourcing (headhunting, advertising vacancies, interviewing applicants, networking)
- Face to face interviewing
- Building a relationship between client and candidate (overseeing introduction, managing interview process)
- Offering the candidate the position and closing the sale
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- At least one year experience in high volume sales
- Proven sales achievements based on performance in past roles
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Career driven, with a specific drive to win and succeed
