Job Description

  • Assist the Director of Human Resources with special projects and with administrative tasks
  • Focus on full-cycle recruitment for full time hires including: assisting managers with writing job descriptions, posting job, sourcing and scheduling candidates, manage applicant tracking system
  • Take the lead in candidate sourcing, phone screens, in-person interviews and offer management
  • Manage on boarding process for new hires
  • Assist with processing payroll and answering questions related to compensation, benefits, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of education and
  • equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities in fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Previous experience in a fast growth or non-profit work environment is a plus
  • Interest in working at a mission-driven company
