Job Description

  • Coordinate a high volume of phone calls
  • Calendar management
  • Greet incoming guests, clients, and vendors as needed
  • Answer email correspondence for the compliance team
  • Willingness to learn travel arrangements and coordinate expense reports as needed
  • Book conference rooms, restock the pantry and refrigerator
  • Set up for meetings and conferences - i.e. with meeting materials, presentations, etc.
  • Ad hoc assignments as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have experience within an administrative role (at least 1 year)
  • Willingness to learn and advance his/her career
  • Experience within Financial Services/a degree in finance is preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and a hardworking personality
  • Flexibility with overtime
