Job Description

The Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Heavy calendar management and complex scheduling
  • High volume of phone calls
  • International and domestic travel arrangements
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Liaison with other teams within the company

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Polished, professional and corporate at all times
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with a team and contribute where needed
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
