Job Description

  • High level of international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Must be very comfortable working across time zones
  • High volume of phone calls
  • Back-up coverage for reception
  • Complex scheduling and itineraries
  • Processing of expense reports via Concur
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Ad hoc project assistance as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Polished, professional presentation at all times
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible with overtime
  • Financial Services background and a Bachelor's degree is preferred
