Job Description

*Managing busy calendar in fast paced environment

*Busy travel itineraries, both international and domestic

*Some basic PA work

*Coordinate Meetings

*Schedule Conferences

*Event Planning

*Expenses

*General Office Management duties

The Successful Applicant

*3-7 years of administrative experience

*ability to multi-task

*ability to work in a fast paced environment

*Great communicator: written, verbal, interpersonal

*Microsoft Office Suite Proficient

*Guru when it comes to booking travel

*Outlook proficient
