About Our Client
Leading Financial Services firm in NYC is seeking an immediately available Executive Assistant to join their team in a temp to perm role.
- Perform general as well as specific administrative duties including office management.
- Manage vendors, ensure billing matches agreed upon cost of services.
- Update manuals, processes and procedures, prepare and proof communication: letters, emails, proposals, bind and ship marketing material.
- Monitor and order supplies as needed; track monthly cost of supplies/price shop.
- Manage and coordinate travel.
- Calendar management - Develop detailed diaries and to-do lists and, from such, build daily, weekly, and quarterly task-calendars; set timelines and deliverables.
- Provide support and back up to fellow team members.
The Successful Applicant
- Must be immediately available to begin
- Candidate must be comfortable with the full administrative role including: calendaring, scheduling, phone coverage, and booking of conference rooms
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferable
- Must have experience in an administrative role in a corporate setting
