About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's largest consumer brands. They have an open office environment that fosters a free exchange of ideas.
Perform office administrative work such as bookkeeping, ordering supplies, monitoring staff schedules, time sheets, payroll, etc.
Monitor and identify trends and updates.
Maintain marketing events database & calendar as well as attending events to promote the practice.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
Take and distribute accurate messages
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of related experience
Strong analytical abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities and function in a complex global organization
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated
Must have professional appearance, friendly and outgoing personality, customer service and team oriented is essential.
