The principal responsibility of this position is providing administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office and to maintain an efficient office environment.
Serve as the focal point for all things office-related
Proactively managing daily operations including but not limited to greeting all visitors and managing reception, supervising outside service vendors, handling maintenance issues and requests, ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, sorting mail, etc.
Responsible for keeping the office fun, functional, and comfortable by supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment
Assist in coordinating internal company meetings
Assist in planning events (negotiate pricing, plan menus, coordinate guest lists)
Manage office-related budget
The Successful Applicant
2+ years of previous administrative experience supporting office operations
Meticulous attention to detail and committed to taking ownership
Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and creative
Positive attitude with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage an office budget
Competent computer skills (Heavy use of MS Office Suite- Super Excel user a must)
Speaks clearly, demonstrates professional phone etiquette
Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing deadlines
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related degree
