About Our Client

Leading global advisory/asset management firm, founded over 10 years ago is looking for a Receptionist to join the team to serve as the first point of contact for all clients and guests.

Job Description

  • Answer all incoming calls and record detailed messages
  • Scheduling and calendar management via Outlook
  • Preparation of meeting materials
  • Preparation of meeting minutes to send to all staff
  • Set up conference rooms and clean up after events
  • Maintain inventory and order all office supplies
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant
  • Financial Services background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred
  • Flexibility with overtime
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Punctual and reliable
