Must be comfortable recruiting for editors, writers, analysts, sales, etc.

Responsibilities * Partner with the hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs * Build robust candidate pipelines through personal sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) * Manage full candidate life cycle from sourcing to offer documentation while delivering a consistent, best-in-class experience for all candidates * Administrator to On-Boarding process and new hire orientation * Administrator of HRIS system and PTO (time and attendance system) * Manage Payroll with UK, Benefits, & Vacation Days * Manage Employee Relations Issues in liaison with the HR Director
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications * Relevant recruiting experience, preferably in media * 3+ years of Human Resources generalist experience. * Experience in Digital/Media industries a plus. * Strong analytic skills with demonstrated comfort and proficiency with excel. * Competent in using existing HR technology and tools, and MS Office software suite including Word and PowerPoint. * Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position * A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment * Self-starter with strong project management skills * High levels of integrity, energy and positivity * BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
