Job Description

  • Achieve established sales targets.
  • Convert qualified sales leads into revenue generating sales by analyzing the necessities and requirements of existing and new accounts.
  • Provide revenue forecasting reports on all activity.
  • Investigate current market trends, competition and opportunities in order to support the sales pitch delivery to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • Participate in training workshops in order to keep up-to-date with product modifications, industry changes and overall sales knowledge.
  • Assist clients with all account related questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Provide accurate, timely information to clients regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes.
  • Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to Sales Management.
  • Establish an excellent working relationship with client's store consultants.
  • Customer Service Department, for stocks requests, stock control, resolving incidents, etc.
  • IT Department, to solve incidents, doubts...
  • Finance department, to confirm bank transfers.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Wholesale experience
  • Luxury goods experience required.
