Job Description

Travelling Private PA for an UHNW GCC National based primarily out of their HQ in Kuwait. The role will be reporting to one of the most prominent CEO/Chairman level individuals in the GCC and thus requires a seasoned Private PA. This person will travel extensively with the Chairman to the UK, Europe, USA and Asia but will also accompany him wherever he goes. They will be the one who connects him with his home bases and offices and handle all of his travel arrangements, schedules, diaries, logistics transportation etc.

The Successful Applicant

The PA will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy client’s life when traveling, requiring excellent secretarial skills, organizing, planning, and coordination internationally. The PA will foresee and prepare for potential business and leisure activities, often participating in high level meetings.

The role requires a candidate who can multitask as you will be handling several different requests at any given time, over several different time zones with a schedule that is frequently changing.

Previous experience supporting a UHNWI or similar is a necessity along with a cultural understanding of the region. Candidates who have previously worked in either LA or NY are of speciifc interest.
