Our client for the Vice President North American Sales opportunity is a global manufacturer with revenues over $1 billion. Operating in 5 continents with over 5,000 employees this client is able to service customers in a wide variety of locations and industries.

Job Description

  • Direct, mentor, and lead sales team across North American Region
  • Identify key areas for strategic growth within regional markets
  • Work with Vice President/General Manager to develop and execute strategic sales and business plans
  • Build strong relationships with customers, sales team, and internal stake holders
  • Meet and Execute North America sales targets and objectives
  • Deliver high level presentations to customers and distribution partners

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related)
  • At least 7-10 years of a proven sales track record within technical manufacturing sales
  • 5 years of sales management experience with revenues of at least $150 million
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and strong presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills driving and growing a sales force
  • Track record in developing and executing strategic sales and business plans

What's on Offer

Competitive base salary $200,000 - $220,000, bonus 35% of base salary, company car, full benefits, 401K, PTO, and a part of the executive leadership team
