About Our Client

My client is an internationally-recognized premium provider of private aviation services to high net worth individuals throughout the globe. Originally started in 2004, they are growing out their New York office and looking for a professional that can help grow their client base with additional entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and corporate accounts.

Job Description

  • Achieve the set quotas by maximizing the best volume and close potential whilst determining the market potential and exploiting market opportunities with all available resources.
  • Evaluate, initiate, implement and control all new direct sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and traffic results whilst being pro-active in contributing ideas on long-term and short-term goals.
  • Investigate lost sales opportunities to learn and avoid such situations while continuously build prospect lists to take appropriate action and improve customer base.
  • Evaluate monthly revenue and traffic results per distributor and take corrective measures as required to retain/sustain continued revenue. Evaluation must encompass proper analysis on revenue on total and trend analysis as compared to previous years.
  • Continued customer contact post sale to ensure efficient and effective account management including conducting half yearly reviews with customers and being readily available for ad hoc queries or feedback a customer may wish to provide.
  • Ensure that the clients experience within the company is as stated during the sales process including proactively coordinating departments to ensure customers' requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Achieve all predetermined sales objectives based on local market conditions.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 plus years of experience selling to high net worth individuals.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure within a team environment.
  • Commercial sales acumen mandatory along with knowledge of Microsoft Office functions.
