About Our Client

My client is an internationally recognized business process outsourcing organization that specializes in the insurance, healthcare, transportation and utility sectors. They're looking to bring on an experienced Vice President of Sales that can spearhead business development initiatives in North America.

Job Description

  • Build a strategy for growing my client's LATAM business.
  • Mine existing accounts in Insurance, Transportation, Healthcare, and Utility industries for near shore bi-lingual support and Spanish Support.
  • Represent my client in appropriate conferences like Nearshore Americas.
  • Run and manage Marketing Campaigns to develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Orchestrate/lead client meetings, presentations and site visits.
  • Partner closely with the delivery team to sell outsourcing and transformation solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15 years minimum overall experience in the US, at-least 5 years in BPO sales for LATAM market
  • Relationship skills - Excellent relationship management skills and ability to "engage" and sell to CXOs
  • Value-Add - Ability to become the 'trusted advisor' to clients / prospect CXOs
  • Interaction skills - Capable of reaching out to people both internal and external
  • Proven experience of building Inside Sales team and developing them to business success.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Building a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Follows systematic business development process
  • Has the professionalism and capability to represent my client in the marketplace
  • Proven track record of success meeting revenue goals
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
