Job Description

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervises the recording/posting of all accounting transactions/business activities on a regular basis
  • Maintains the General Ledger and related subsidiary ledgers
  • Coordinates, oversees and ensures the timeliness of the monthly and annual closing process including analysis and reconciliation of account balances
  • Provide project leadership and execute on client engagements
  • Act as relationship manager, responsible for addressing client and financial sponsor needs and associated communication throughout the course of engagemen
  • Oversee Business Development team to cultivate client relationships and drive marketing efforts for potential new engagements
  • Oversees all aspects Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications and Facilities

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics. MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years experience at a Non Profit organization
  • Proven strengths in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, revenue acquisition & diversification
  • Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-management skills
