Job Description

The VP - Financial Planning and Analysis responsibilities include:

- Provide financial analysis to senior management to support strategic decision-making processes

- Support development of firm-wide budgets and business plans

- Manage reporting hierarchies to ensure data integrity across various platforms

- Gather and analyze competitive data from various industry sources

- Assist in planning and execution of various cross-functional projects and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Qualification include:

- 5-7 years of experience in business and/or financial analysis.

- Solid understanding of financial services industry, specifically within banking, securities and capital markets businesses

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret a wide range of financial information

- Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint required; familiarity with Hyperion Planning/Essbase a plus.

- CPA/MBA a plus.
