Our client is a large CPG firm with operations worldwide. The company has been working on a number of change management initiatives and operationally is significantly better position to take advantage of 5+ years of impressive growth. Job Description

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the group's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of human resource initiatives across all business units.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the board regarding key organizational, development and management issues that promotes the company's goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action of those items that impact attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the company.
  • Develop comprehensive recruiting, staffing and retention plans to meet the human capital needs and strategic goals.
  • Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees.
  • Develop programs to allow the company to embrace applicants and employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees.
  • Lead the human resource department, evaluating structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) for individuals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the HR field
  • Prior CPG or Manufacturing
  • International exposure or working within an international company essential
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university
  • MBA, MA preferred, Senior HR Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred
  • Must have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the human resources function through his/her professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest levels of integrity

What's on Offer

Our client is interested in speaking with the best - they have a target compensation of $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus - but interested in speaking with the person that can potentially step into the worldwide CHRO postion.
