Exceptional opportunity to establish and grow an in house Marketing function
About Our Client
A well known Developer with an enviable US portfolio, substantial pipeline and some exceptional acquisitions in the Development phase.
Collaborating with the firms CEO, Snr Vice Presidents and other Board members you will ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all marketing campaigns compliment the efforts of the operatyional, development and leasing teams. Operationally you will:
- drive Marketing and advertising campaigns, revising the strategy as you receive feedback from consumers and internal teams.
- create a playbook of marketing collateral that allos the developer to maintain a consistent message in the market and rapid deployment of marketing campaigns.
- develop and nurture strategic PR initiatives that help drive brand awareness and consumer penetration.
- help the Development, Operational and Leasing teams to deliver compelling pitch presentations.
- define and drive brand strategy for the group across all asset types.
The Successful Applicant
With a strong balance of creative and exeuction work under your belt, you will be able to illustrate how you've defined, rolled out and evolved the narrative for a B2B/B2C brand looking to engage diretly with consumers. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant experience within PR/Marketing and Communications.
- A creative flair, interest in design and the ability to translate ideas into actionable programs.
- Impecable communication skills.
- The experience and gravitas needed to communicate regularly with the Board and other senior members of staff - this role needs someone with the grit to deliver in a fast moving, competitive market.
