Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager. You will have proven experience in managing work flow, production lines, analyzing and developing (S&OP) process that affect overall distribution/inventory within a manufacturing facility.

  • Maintain strong levels of inventory controls for WHM systems
  • Development of supplier management strategies to ensure continuity of supply within manufacturing division
  • Ensure that model parameters of forecasting system are maintained to create optimal baseline demand plan
  • Optimize balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels, forecast accuracy levels, and safety stock levels for an allocated portfolio of SKUs
  • Implement and maintain inventory strategies for allocated finished goods by regular review and optimization of inventory levels (ABS categorization, safety stock, reorder points)

The Successful Applicant

This ideal candidate will have previously inventory and warehouse management experience and extensive knowledge of consumer goods products. Other requirements include:

  • B.S. Degree
  • 3+ years experience in fast paced manufacturing environment/assignments in lean manufacturing/continuous improvement process
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining material pull systems (Kaizen operations)
  • Strong communications
