How is performance measured and how often is it reviewed?

We know that our success is driven through a combination of the right activities and the right behaviours.  
Everyone at PageGroup has a set of goals and key performance indicators related to the business in which they work, as well as  a behavioural framework to help identify areas of strength and development. Our annual appraisals and a mid year reviews give the opportunity to discuss, among other things, your long-term career and development plans.

What training is given in the first few months?

We combine the latest technology in interactive digital learning with face to face training to support you as you acquire new knowledge and skills.  You’ll also receive one to one support from your manager including at-desk coaching and local workshop sessions to fine tune your recruitment skills.

What is the selection process?

Your application will then be reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team and, if you’re successful, you’ll be asked to have an initial telephone interview before attending a face to face interview with our hiring directors and the relevant business MD. We know changing jobs is a big decision, so our thorough process is designed to support you in making the right one.
