Description
- Ensures effective and positive employee relations
- Ensures that operations are following safety, quality and cost measures at all times
- Manages departmental measures and progress reports
- Maintains correct inventory levels
- Prioritizes tasks and work efforts
The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of experience in production supervising (essential)
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities (essential)
- Military experience (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and employee training experience
