2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this candidate will be responsible for:

• 3:00-11:00pm Shift
• Monday - Saturday
• Fully training all personnel, implementing job hazard risk reductions, and conducting root cause investigations for any incidents
• Commit to exercising operational excelling and promote continuous improvement
• Responding to quality trends on the production floor
• Monitoring machine performance
• Responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and cost to achieve positive results.
