Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for the CRM product within a PLG motion.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and demos to align on business outcomes and showcase best practices.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CRM solution and demonstrate customer ROI.
  • Act as a product owner, coordinating cross-functional support to deliver the top CRM product.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to effectively position against competitors and enhance the offering.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience within CRM solutions and full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
