The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales and their knowledge of capital equipment in the diagnostics space to build strong relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the company's mission of advancing hematology diagnostics.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the New England region.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, lab directors, purchasing managers, and other decision-makers.Act as a trusted consultant to customers, understanding their diagnostic needs and providing tailored solutions using our portfolio of capital equipment.Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.Provide detailed product demonstrations, educate customers on our technology, and highlight its value in improving diagnostic outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to influence product development and sales strategies.Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance targets on a consistent basis.Attend regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential customers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
