Description

· Develop new and maintain existing client relationships

· Collaborate with internal disciplines to exchange information

· Understand how to provide a better service than our competitors

· Attend and eventually lead business pitches and client meetings

· Present and sell suitable candidates to your client

· Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage

· Follow-up and ensure successfully placed candidates are happy in their new roles

· Brief candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview process

· Support candidates in negotiating mutually beneficial term

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate will have:

· 1-5 years of B2B sales experience and/or 360 recruitment experience and business development.

· Outstanding communication ability and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

· Confident and pleasant personality

· Well-organized & have a high attention to detail

· Enjoy working with targets

· Taking initiative in Diversity & Inclusion framework

· Interested or experienced in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment

· Self-starters with a track record of achievement and the desire to build a care
