Job Description

  • Supporting SDRs on generating new business opportunities for the sales team for pipeline growth across the US.
  • Collaborate with SDRs on scaling and optimizing outbound prospecting efforts to companies via cold calls, email campaigns and Linkedin.
  • Become an ambassador for the client through a personal online brand.
  • Partner across sales and marketing to develop a targeted list as well as strategies for calls and messages.
  • Focused on results, and the desire to achieve great things.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Manage, track and report on all activities using the tech provided.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficient in using Salesloft
  • 2.5+ years experience within a Sales function and equipped with proven results over a career in sales.
  • Previous experience as an SDR/BDR and grown into an AE role is preferred
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Previous experience in selling to the retail industry is preferred
  • Worked within an early stage tech company, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Shown great entrepreneurial flare whether that be at college, work or extracurricular activities
  • Be ambitious and hard working but wanting to always go above and beyond whether that be at college, work or extracurricular activities
  • Strong GPA.
  • Excellent and positive phone communication, strong listening skills and strong writing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Enjoys working closely with other commercial team members in the ability to meet our core values.
