· CPA is desired

· 5-10 years of accounting experience

· 2-3 years of finance experience (reporting, budgeting)

· BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related major

· Proficiency with Quickbooks

· Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Outstanding organization and attention to detail

· Public accounting experience is desirable

· Experience with is nice to have

· Startup experience

· Experience in apparel/retail and/or DTC companies

The Successful Applicant


· Full ownership and preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements, including A/R, A/P, GL, Accruals, Cost and Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition and Cash Flow Management

· Spearheading monthly and year-end closing process, preparing and publishing timely & accurate monthly financial statements to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements

· Oversight of detailed sales and expense reporting and analysis, special projects

· Leading audit review process and tax preparation for all entities

· Assisting in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts

· Developing new financial and operational reporting measures to analyze KPI's and strengthen financial controls.

· Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
