Accounting Analyst

Description

The Accounting Analyst will:

* Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data

* Maintaining accurate financial records.

* Perform daily accounting work, including and not limited to; recording suppliers' invoices, collection from customers, daily expenses, fixed assets additions and monthly depreciation, monthly bank reconciliations, daily bank transactions, payroll, inventory, accruals, and month end closing.

* Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

* Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

* Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

* Assisting management in the decision-making process by assisting in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

* Intercompany invoicing and reconciling.

* Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
