DescriptionOverview-Interact with various business areas, understand processes/work flows at various stages, identify potential enhancements to the regulatory reporting process.-Assist team lead to perform regular quality assurance assessments of various regulatory reports including testing of key business controls. Assess whether controls are designed and operating effectively.
-Follow the instructions of team lead to perform mapping and classification review to assess proper report classification, in adherence with Fed report instructions.
-Maintain issue log, monitor the remediation efforts by the production team.
-Execute and document quality assurance review to meet high quality standards
Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* 3+ years of experience in audit, regulatory control/reporting or quality assurance roles within financial services industry
* Hands-on experience in regulatory report production, review or assessment is a plus
* Knowledge of financial and banking products is a plus
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Microsoft applications, knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus
* Relevant certification or industry accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIA) is a plus
