Description

Some of the Key Responsibilities are:

Accounts Payables Duties:

• You will be the main point of contact to bank
• Work with third party accounting service to aid financial reporting
• Match vendor Invoices in S&R
• Pay Vendor Invoices

Accounts Receivables Duties:

• Main point of contact to bank
• Work with third party accounting service to aid financial reporting
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Communicate directly with customer accounting departments
• Generate customer statements
• Post payments

Credit Management Duties:

• Credit applications and checks for new & existing customers
• Contact credit references for new accounts
• Collecting tax resale certs per state
