Accounting Manager-Construction-Exton

• Maintaining accurate and timely financial management reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements and annual budgets and audits
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable and purchase orders, including overseeing invoicing and posting cash
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll related taxes and payroll withholding including union benefits for all US operations
• Work with CFO to develop accurate and timely work and to facilitate monthly reporting to executive management
• Assist in preparation of annual budget
• Review and record journal entries required to reflect monthly activity
• Prepare documentation supporting the monthly close process and month-end balances
• Prepare year-to-date cash flow statements
• Establish and maintain systems and controls to verify the integrity of all processes, systems, and data
• Implement, document, and maintain adequate and effective internal controls and processes for accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Develop accounting policies and procedures
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and develop ad hoc reports as requested
