With their expanding presence here in the US the Accounting Manager will have plenty of room to grow within the organization.Job Description Oversee and manage global accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll across multiple entities and regions.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).Monitor and maintain consolidation of financial results for all global entities.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies in all regions.Coordinate and manage external audits for global entities, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.Maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, where applicable.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in global accounting operations.Manage accounting systems, ensuring alignment with global operations and business needs.Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement technology-driven solutions for accounting processes.Partner with regional finance teams and business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Assist in the preparation of global budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on global accounting matters.Prepare and present consolidated financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial trends and performance across regions.Ensure accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliation across all global entities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
