• Manages accounting related entries to numerous registers and journals
• Supports AP activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
• Assists in AR activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and collection
• Carry out monthly bank reconciliations
• Regularly maintains detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
• Provides detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
• Put together documentation for external auditors
• Process payroll, including 401k loans and wage garnishments
• Construct, organize, and maintain electronic files and records
