Following multiple audits and regulatory activity, the organization is strengthening its royalties function with a leader who brings deep technical royalty experience, Vistex expertise, and a fresh, end‑to‑end process perspective.Job DescriptionServe as the business owner and SME for royalty systems, including Vistex (required)Lead and manage a team responsible for accurate, complete, and timely royalty dataOwn royalty statements, percentage‑based payouts, and contract interpretationReview and approve royalty deals, amendments, and system configurationsPartner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Audit, and Technology teamsValidate and approve royalty payments; support internal and external auditsIdentify, resolve, and prevent royalty discrepancies (over/under payments)Define, document, and improve end‑to‑end royalty workflows and controlsParticipate in and lead Vistex implementation, optimization, and testingAssess current‑state platforms and help design future‑state metadata and systems architectureEstablish data quality metrics, dashboards, and remediation processesMentor, coach, and develop royalty and data professionals through changeMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
