Accounting Manager

• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of 2 individuals (senior accountant and AP/AR clerk)
• Partner, analyze, and work cross functionally with R&D as well as the operational team
• Make key business decisions to deliver profitable growth
• Monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analysing of actual and plan/outlook results
• Ensure compliance with financial policies
• Handle special projects and ad hoc requests
