Key responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions such as general ledger management, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax compliance, financial and regulatory reporting, forecasting, budgeting assistance, monthly reconciliations, inventory oversight, and accurate, timely financial reporting.This position plays a central role in the implementation and communication of financial policies, improvements to systems and controls, and coordination of both internal and external audits. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for ensuring strong internal controls and offering analytical support to other departments on financial matters, while actively contributing to cost improvement initiatives across the organization.Additionally, this role includes leadership and development of the finance team, fostering opportunities for professional growth and training.Safety Commitment: Maintaining a safe work environment is essential in all aspects of this role.
