Accounting Manager

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Develop and implement financial models to support M&A devision-making processes
• Provide expert advice on accounting implications of M&A transactions
• Lead the accounting and financial aspects of post-merger integration
