Job Description

  • Lead core accounting functions: GL, close, reconciliations, and reporting (US GAAP/IFRS)
  • Manage tax filings, licenses, and compliance-related renewals
  • Strengthen controls, support audits, and drive process improvements
  • Liaise across FP&A, Treasury, and Ops on planning, forecasting, and cash management
  • Oversee fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and insurance reporting
  • Approve vendor payments and manage transactions in SAP
  • Deliver variance analysis and ad hoc reporting to leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • Progressive experience, ideally in high-growth consumer sectors (retail, wholesale, eCommerce)
  • Strong grasp of US GAAP/IFRS, with hands-on financial statement prep and audit support
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel; skilled in building dashboards and reporting models
  • Proven ability to lead through change, streamline operations, and embed process excellence
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present complex info clearly across teams
  • Highly organized, agile, and effective in fast-paced, client-facing environments
