Accounting Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Analyze and reconcile financial discrepancies, providing insights for improvement.
• Manage cost of goods sold (COGS) accounting, inventory valuation, and related reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data related to production, marketing, and sales.
• Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and effectiveness.
