Large international Personal Care Product Manufacturer & Supplier who is continuing to grow and scale their business, looking for a dynamic and adaptable leader who can come on board and take leadership into their hands as they set a strategic vision for the team.

Job Description

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and ROI assessments, to support decision-making and improve profitability.
  • Recommend pricing changes based on ongoing data analysis and review key customer pricing changes with executive leadership team.
  • Partner with the organization to provide costing/margin perspective for appropriate pricing decisions.
  • Provide insights on achievement of plant key performance metrics with a strong focus on cost reduction and improved operating deficiencies.
  • Provide analytic support with respect to projects including capital appropriations- new product development- and plant utilization/capacity/asset management issues.
  • Audit support and Ad-hoc as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years strong financial analysis, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • Critical customer facing role, must be able to establish positive working relationships, understand customer needs and provide deliverable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
  • Experience in implementation of a new ERP system.
