AD of Finance, Reporting/Compliance

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership, board members, and external stakeholders
• Lead scaling initiatives across budgeting, payables, and grant management
• Build financial models to assess feasibility of real estate and special projects
• Monitor org-wide financial activity to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness
• Contribute flexibly across a lean, high-impact team environment
