Job Description

  • Assist the executives, managers, and employees with daily administrative duties
  • Handle the executives' busy calendars and schedule in-person and online meetings
  • Clean and tidy conference rooms before in-person meetings for executives and employees
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Assist with presentations and report using PowerPoint
  • Organize international and domestic travel, organize visas and create itineraries
  • Create and manage credit card expenses

The Successful Applicant

  • Able to commute to the office located in the World Trade Center when necessary
