Job Description

  • Entering monthly inventory reconciliations for both company and sister brand
  • Entering weekly sales verifications for both company and sister brand
  • Updating and maintaining account information in core system
  • Entering sales orders for promotional goods
  • Facilitating promotional items and working with shipping team
  • Providing BI shipment reports to help the team stay abreast of product availability
  • Supporting Ad Hoc needs including Back order cancellation to support the team's workflow
  • Processing of Personal Use watch orders
  • Maintaining ACT/ CRM/Store Locator/Hours
  • Managing mailings of new Store opening Kits
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Ordering Supplies Providing general office support to team
  • Following Company-protocols for all Administrative Workflows
