The Administrative Assistant manages complex scheduling, travel, and communications, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role requires exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.The Admin Assistant will operate in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment that values discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting senior executives or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.This role follows a hybrid schedule with an office in midtown Manhattan.This role requires extreme flexibility, so candidates must be prepared to handle urgent requests or changes at any time with the understanding that the job extends beyond typical office hours.
