About Our Client
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external clients * Receive assignments from attorneys and attorney support teams and performing tasks * Utilize programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and edit materials as requested, i.e., closing-related materials, briefs, motions and agreements * Coordinate and arrange meetings and conference calls including special arrangements such as meals and technology set ups * Enter time and review time entries in Intapp * Create New Business forms * Research information regarding clients, news reports and background on a variety of topics, as requested by teams * Print, scan, organize, and distribute documents upon request, and coordinate with Document Services and Copy Center to arrange for custom reprographics/binding * Assist with billing processes and contact internal clients as appropriate and collaborate with finance team * Review, process, and audit expense reports, vendor bills, and check requests * Assist with special projects such as paper and electronic file maintenance, contact lists, and mailings * Provide overflow support as needed
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's Degree required * Ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure, fast paced environment * Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to deal with different personalities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently * Strong organizational skills * Positive and proactive attitude * Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); comfort with technology and ability to learn new software and applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality dealing with sensitive information and client matters * Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed
